Install the windows Service:

dsmcutil install sched /name:"TSM Client Scheduler %NODENAME%" /node:%NODENAME% /password:%PASSWORD% /autostart:no /startnow:no /clientdir:"%DSM_DIR%" /optfile:"%OPTFILE%"

Remove the windows service:

 dsmcutil remove /name:"TSM Central Scheduler Service"
